Ashleigh joined Charlotte Pass Snow Resort for winter 2014 as the snow reporter. She returned for a second winter in 2015.
Ashleigh was responsible for the Resort’s communication channels with real-time weather, events, lift, and trail information. She had to coordinate with the Mountain Operations Team to obtain the most current and accurate mountain data.
She also took charge of our social media marketing across several platforms. With the number of reports to be written each day, it is always a challenge to create new content which is exciting and informative. Ashleigh perfected this skill.
Within the role, Ashleigh was also responsible for the “On-Snow Show” – a radio show which was broadcasted every week. Again, her skills and creativity shone through. Ashleigh had no issues getting along with her peers and fitted into our mountain environment easily.”
